How long does it take?

Which photos work best?

One person per photo, face clearly visible and facing the camera, decent light. Selfies work. Avoid group photos, sunglasses and heavy filters.

Can I use anyone’s photo?

Only adults who agreed to it. We refuse photos of children and of famous people, and you may not use it to harass or deceive anyone.

What if it fails or comes out wrong?

If the video cannot be made, you are refunded automatically (or your credit comes back). If it is made but clearly broken, email us within 7 days and we remake it once for free.

Is there a watermark? Can I post it?

No watermark. The video is 15 seconds at 720p with sound, and yours to post on TikTok, Instagram or anywhere else.

What happens to my photos?

They are used only to make your video and are deleted after 7 days. The finished video is deleted after 30 days, so download it.

How do the plans work?
