If the video cannot be made

We try several times with different techniques. If every try fails, we refund your payment in full automatically, or return the credit to your plan. You do not need to ask. Card refunds show on your statement in 5–10 days.

If the video comes out broken

If the faces are clearly not the people in your photos, or the video is visibly corrupted, email support@zombievideoai.com within 7 days with the video link. We remake it once for free, or refund you if the remake fails too.

Otherwise

Each video is made for you and costs us to generate, so we do not refund videos that were delivered as described. Plans can be cancelled anytime from your account page; we do not refund part of a month, and unused videos do not carry over.

Your consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure with the service you are entitled to cancel and get a refund. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
