Zombie Video AI is a sole-trader business in Australia. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect and why

Your two photos, to make your video. Your browser shrinks them and removes location data before upload. They are checked by an AI model (to refuse children, famous people and nudity) and sent to the video model.
Your email, collected by Stripe at checkout or entered to sign in, to send you the video link and sign-in links.
Payment details are handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
Usage events such as “a photo was added” or “a video was downloaded”, with your country and the kind of site you came from (for example “search” or “ChatGPT”). No IP address, no advertising identifiers, no third-party trackers.
A hashed form of your IP address for one hour of rate limiting, so the uploader cannot be abused.

One cookie, only if you sign in: it keeps you signed in. Nothing else.

Cloudflare: hosting, storage of photos and videos, email delivery.
Stripe: payments and receipts.
OpenRouter, and through it the AI model providers (such as ByteDance and Google): photo checks and video generation.
Google Fonts: the page fonts are loaded from Google.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your photos or videos to train models.

Photos: deleted after 7 days, or after 1 day if you did not pay.
Videos: deleted after 30 days.
Your email and payment records: as long as the law requires us to keep transaction records.

Email support@zombievideoai.com to get a copy of your data or have it deleted sooner. We answer within 30 days.
