These terms cover your use of Zombie Video AI (“we”, “the service”). By uploading photos or paying, you agree to them.
The service is operated by Zombie Video AI, a sole-trader business in Australia. Contact: support@zombievideoai.com.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18. Every person in the photos you upload must be an adult who has agreed to appear in the video.
What you may not do
- Upload photos of children, of famous people, or of anyone who has not agreed.
- Use a video to harass, threaten, impersonate, defame or deceive anyone, or pass it off as real footage.
- Upload sexual or nude images, or anything you do not have the right to use.
We screen photos automatically and may refuse them. We may delete videos and close access if these rules are broken, without refund.
The videos
Videos are made by AI models and vary from one generation to the next; faces and details will not always be exact. You may use your videos for any lawful purpose, including posting them on social media. You are responsible for how you use them.
Payment and plans
A single video costs $9.90. Plans (Starter: $20 a month for 3 videos; Creator: $45 a month for 8 videos) renew every month until cancelled. Unused videos in a month do not carry over. You can cancel anytime from your account page; the plan stays active until the end of the paid month. Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds are covered in the refund policy.
Storage
We delete uploaded photos after 7 days and finished videos after 30 days. Download anything you want to keep.
The service
The service is provided as it is. It depends on third-party AI models that can be slow, refuse requests or be unavailable. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you and we submit to the courts of that state.
